What you can do from chat

• Check live transfer bonuses and current cents-per-point
• Run the Transfer Optimizer (“I need 70,000 Flying Blue miles for a JFK–CDG award. Which of my points should I transfer?”)
• Read your wallet, including the cards already there, and start or stop tracking a program
• Log a transfer, or a flight, hotel, or car redemption you already made
• See which card benefits are still unused this year
• Report a missing transfer, a wrong valuation, or another catalog issue — same Feedback form as the website

The Points + Cash Calculator stays on the website for now. Adding a card to Wallet is still a website job.
